Day 4 - Who's Hungry?

Tuesday, January 4

So, my stomach is feeling much better today. However, I now have a cold and a double eye infection. This left me wandering around in a bit of a fog trying to figure out what in the world I wanted to take a picture of today. I decided to play a little with a non-human subject, and since my family always gets a kick out of Aiden's baby food I thought that might be fun. I make my own baby food and freeze it in ice cube trays before storing it in freezer bags. It makes for a very colorful collection, but it also made this a race against the clock because I couldn't allow the cubes to thaw. So I dumped them in a bowl, set them on the table, took a shot to give me an idea of how I would light my little still life... and my camera died. Fine then, I didn't feel like playing anyhow! But you know what? I like this shot just fine! Now, who wants to be my taste tester?

(Oh, p.s. tomorrow is Wireless Wednesday at my house, so I will post tomorrow's pic and (try to) catch up on everyone else's blogs then!)

  12. I used to make our baby food as well! I love all the different colors in this! P.S. I'm completely stupid when it comes to computers and I accidently put the wrong code with the "project 365" button. Now, if someone clicks on it, it goes to a page that doesn't exist. Just wanted to give you a heads up if you wanted to change it :O)

  13. I did the same thing, and she never liked bottled food from grocery stores. She can see the differences of taste between fresh and processed foods at such a yougn baby age!
